Luvinia Naidoo

Luvinia Naidoo is a dedicated Associate at Chiba Attorneys with a strong academic foundation in law. Having completed her BCom Law degree, LLB degree, and articles for clerkship, she has successfully passed all four competency-based exams and is now awaiting admission as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Luvinia’s practice spans Family Law, Commercial Law, and Construction and Engineering Law, where she supports clients with practical legal guidance that blends strategic insight with client-centred communication.
Luvinia’s experience includes drafting and negotiating contracts, managing dispute resolution processes, and working across both Magistrates’ and High Court litigation. Lynelle Pillay
Legal Associate | Construction & Commercial Law
In my current role at Chiba Attorneys, I assist with a wide range of legal matters across Family Law, Commercial Law, and Construction and Engineering Law. My work includes assisting with High Court and Magistrates’ Court litigation and drafting, family law, deceased estates, commercial litigation, and supporting commercial dispute and arbitration matters.
I also provide general and administrative assistance to ensure that our team operates smoothly and effectively. My approach blends a client-centred mindset with strategic thinking, ensuring that every matter is handled with precision, clarity, and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
