Organisational Rights

There are 7 main steps that make up organizational rights namely:
- Promote and provide a framework for collective bargaining
- Give effect to the Constitutional right to engage in collective bargaining.
- Balance the power of the employer.
- Promote strong trade unions, majoritarianism.
- Give effect to freedom of association.
- Manage industrial relations and conflict.
- Limit (but not prohibit) strikes over recognition.
